How Does it Work? Send us good artwork showing your club logo. We can then create an embroidery control disk. This disk enables us to embroider a whole range of clothing with your unique club logo. Minimum quantities are not required. We will happily accept orders for just one item at a time. Origination Costs The only cost your club will incur is a one-off origination charge to create your embroidery disk. The cost varies depending on the complexity of your club logo. Free Web Site As well as the order form, we shall also create a unique website for your club’s merchandise range. Your club members can log on whenever they would like to see the full range available, new additions to the range, and special ‘Bargains of the Week’. Club Link In exchange for the free web site above, your only obligation is to add a "club clothing" link button to the main menu of your own club website. Club Commission A record is kept of all sales to your club’s members, and at the end of each summer season (end September), your club’s account is credited with 10% of all sales to your members (see "Website Mainenance Costs" below). This amount can then be used against club purchases of merchandise for use as prizes, staff or officials uniforms, or for resale to the club’s members. Club Discounts There is absolutely no obligation, but should your club wish to buy a small quantity of items to sell on to its members, providing your order is for a minimum of 6 of the same item, you will receive a minimum 25% discount. Special Events If your club is having a special event such as a Centenary, Championship, Rally, etc. the 'Club Service' can also be applied to any special logos you may wish to set up. Again, there is no obligation to have to buy minimum quantities. We have a special "Sale or Return" service for Sailing Class Associations who are running National, European, or World Championships, or clubs running larger equestrian events. Website Maintenance Costs There are absolutely no costs for maintaining, updating, and administering your clothing website, as long as the sales to your members exceed just £100 in any one financial year. If sales do not exceed this figure, your clothing website will still be maintained and updated as a service to your members, but there will be no commission on the low value of sales.
